Refund policy

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

We accept eligible change-of-mind return requests made within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned. Please email saaxie925@gmail.com before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as SaaAccessories cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us as soon as possible at saaxie925@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is confirmed to have a problem, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed where required.
